Zih-Yang Chen is part of the Superconducting Circuits team of the ETH Zurich - PSI Quantum Computing Hub. He joined QuDev in January 2025 as a PhD student focusing on quantum computing with 3D integrated superconducting circuits. He obtained his MSc from KN Chen’s 3D Integrated Circuits Lab at NYCU, Taiwan, where he collaborated with TSMC on developing Ultra-Thin Layer Transfer Technology. Prior to that, he majored in General Relativity and Black Hole Physics at PKU and obtained his BSc in Nano Science & Engineering from NYCU.
