Giovanni Zhang rejoined the Quantum Device Lab in October 2025 as a Research Assistant. He first joined the group in September 2024 as a Quantech student working on Two Level Systems (TLS) mitigation techniques within his MSc. Quantum Engineering at ETH Zurich. He previously gained experience with spin qubits in the Quantum Coherence Lab in Basel on Intel’s Tunnel Falls chip and at Quantum Motion in London on 22FDSOI GlobalFoundries devices.
