Mohsen Bahrami Panah

Mohsen Bahrami Panah is part of the Superconducting Circuits team of the ETH Zurich - PSI Quantum Computing Hub. He joined the Quantum Device Lab as a Technical Expert specialized in device micro- and nano-fabrication in September 2021. Prior to this position, Mohsen was the head of the cleanroom processes at LSPR AG in Zürich since October 2015. This role involved extensive operations management of the cleanroom, machines installation and commissioning, micro- and nano-fabrication, experimental characterization, data analysis and development of the electromagnetics and optical simulations. Mohsen obtained his PhD degree in electrical engineering from K. N. Toosi University of Technology, Iran, in February 2013. Then, Mohsen joined the Nanophotonics and Metrology Laboratory at EPFL as a Postdoc from April 2013 to September 2015. His research during the PhD and Postdoc revolved around active plasmonic devices, micro- and nano-fabrication, and numerical electromagnetics.
