Kadir Akin

Kadir Akin joined our group as a postdoc in October 2016. The focus of his research is on the design and implementation of very-high-speed and efficient FPGA-based systems to achieve real-time quantum information processing. Kadir obtained his PhD degree in Electrical Engineering in May 2015 from EPFL, Switzerland, and stayed there as a postdoc in the Microelectronic Systems Laboratory, before joining our group. During his time at EPFL, Kadir developed several real-time FPGA-based multiple-camera systems for advanced video-processing applications.
